CONCEPT DESIGN

From an agreed brief we will develop a concept design to give you an idea of layout and look.  This can be through, layouts, elevations and perspective drawings.

 

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Have an idea but don’t know if you have the space or the money to pull it off?  We can test your ideas against the councils planning rules and give you an idea of cost.  This is a put into a short report outlining the probable requirements to get the job done.

 

DOCUMENTATION

Whether it be for building consent, resource consent or tendering we can arrange all the required experts to achieve your needs.  We have experience in a wide range of construction projects and can use this experience to assist your project.  Further to this we can also deal with council on your behalf. 

 

COUNCIL CONSENTS

Dealing with the council can be daunting, why not let us deal with them.  Two Peas Architecture has vast experience in navigating building and resource consents through council.  Processing around 100 consents a year for group builders and our specific designs gives Two Peas Architecture the ability to predict what information the council would want saving you both time and money.

 

TENDERING

You have a consent but don’t have a builder?  You have a builder but don’t know if you are getting a good price?  Don’t know what you are paying the builder for?  These are all common situations.  Two Peas Architecture can tender projects on your behalf.  We have worked with numerous builders and can identify the right builders to work with you.  Building is a huge deal so you want the right person for the job. This is as much about building the correct relationship with your contractor as the actual building itself.  Getting Two Peas Architecture to administer the tender and analyse the quotes on your behalf will ensure you will get a full (no hidden cost) price for you project allowing you to make a educated choice for your building project.

 

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Often building can be an emotional time.  The process can also take a number of months.  This can strain relationships between client and builder.  Using a third party to keep an eye on the project can ease the pressure and can often allow the project to run more smoothly.  Two Peas Architecture offers a supervision and administration package that keeps an eye on the project to make sure the intent of the project is being executed and that the builder is being fairly paid for the work that is completed.  This allows you to sit back and enjoy the experience with the piece of mind that you are getting what you paid for.
